Landscape Design
The landscape design process begins with a personal meeting with you on site to hear your visions and dreams. Together we brainstorm ideas and garden styles, along with practical considerations and expected use of space in the garden.
Once we have determined the basic concept for your project, the next step is a site survey and analysis. Within a week or two we will have another meeting together on site to go over the plan. The plan is a to-scale drawing with botanical and common names as well as the number of plants and recommended sizes.
The price of the plan is based upon the size and complexity of the project and will be stated at the first meeting. I like the process of drafting the plan by hand and I use that time as an artist to pull together my thoughts. I design in harmony with the local climate and environment, and specialize in low impact approaches to ecological design when creating.
